When I was in high school, I worked at an ice cream shop. We had a regular customer who would pull up to the drive thru in his rusty green Grand Am, order two large vanilla cones (no one else in the car ever) and then park behind the building to eat both cones. Once in a while, one of us would go out to sweep the lot or take out trash and find him sitting in his car sobbing into his cones. No idea what his deal was, but I’d definitely call him a sad person in a Pontiac.

My Pontiac makes me happy.
The kind with an LS1.

He may have actually been happy or even aroused. There are people out there who have food shame fetishes.

The new version is called the x538i active tourer gran wagon x-drive but now comes with a 2.0 turbo that they say produces the same amount of power as the old 3.8 and is available with FWD

I would bet that he lost a loved one and they both used to go out for ice cream.

I prefer the ones with LS2s.

Probably a spouse/child who loved to get ice cream, and he is getting it in their memory/out of habit/coping mechanism.
Also thanks for making me sad.

Well I always assumed he was just a lonely weirdo, but now I’m sad too.

It’s even sadder that this is the best possible scenario.

I used to not see sad people in Pontiac’s. But that was before Pontiac decided to not make cars anymore. I mean, who is going to fix all of those 1988 Pontiac Firebird’s?

I had a depressed classmate whose parents drove a Trans Sport.
Actually, maybe she was just shy, oops
